​We have a network of more than 40 specialists in various fields, all of our experts have a wealth of experience in their field and have extensive networks with national institutions, regional bodies, international organizations and multilateral development agencies. We have consultants from Lao PDR, all with intensive exposure to international projects, but also many international specialists with experience in Lao PDR and South-East Asia. 

Development Project

Socio-economic Baseline Survey & feasibility study

We provide the Baseline Survey for rural development projects and also implement the feasibility study project for government organization and international organization, including the private sector company.​

Education/ Health development

We provide the feasibility study in education and health development project, we organizing the workshop of education in rural area, and support the health security improvement projects in Lao P.D.R

Agriculture Extension and Development
Agriculture Extension
​We provide the contract farming and village consultation in agriculture area. ESDS also comprise of agriculture specialist, agronomists, livestock who are expert in agriculture development in Lao PDR.
Irrigation water management: Our team of engineers and development specialists are experienced in irrigation management transfer, strengthening of farmer organization, and survey and design of small scale of irrigation system.​

Supervision of Rural Infrastructure Networks: ESDS is available in the supervision of rural infrastructure works such as irrigation works and rural works.

Water supply and Sanitation: Our team of engineers and community specialists are experienced in the survey and design of rural water supply and sanitation-hygiene system.

​Environment and Forestry Development: The network of ESDS provides the impact assessment project for environment and forestry development, we also contain the environmental specialist.

Development specialist: We provide several fields of Development consultant to the request project.
Ethnic and Indigenous development: We provide many ethnic specialists and the indigenous specialist for the development projects in Lao P.D.R.
​Gender development: Gender specialists are available in the network of ESDS Company. They are capable to undertake gender based analysis and promote gender based activities in development projects.


Project Management Monitoring and Evaluation
​ESDS also provide in design of project monitoring and evaluation, and in the evaluation of rural and urban development projects.
